The company unveiled E-P3 under PEN umbrella, promising SLR-quality digital imaging in a compact body. The E-P3 camera possesses world’s fastest auto focus, claims Olympus. Besides, it comes with Advanced Shadow Advancement Technology, Full High Definition AVCHD, built-in stereo microphone and 3-inch OLED monitor with Touch panel function. It is priced in the range of Rs 39,000 to Rs 47,000.Olympus also launched XZ-1 under XZ-series, with Ultra Bright F 1.8-2.5 Lens for low light shooting, priced at Rs 25,999 and SZ-30 MR, claimed to be world’s first multi-recording camera, costing Rs 23,999.Cashing in on the festive season, Olympus has come up with a slew of offers, under the “Olympus Festive Offer 2011”. The offers, valid between September 1 and October 31, 2011, include two options.Those purchasing SP,SZ,XZ and the PEN camera series, will receive gifts from Killer Jeans and a book on photography, all worth Rs 3,749, while those who buy the VG, VR and Tough-series will receive gifts from Killer worth Rs 1,499.
